Each rental comes with a generous amount of free hours of usage. Excess hours are charged a small fee per hour. A generator is only needed for the coach air conditioner, microwave and electrical outlets. A generator is not necessary for normal vehicle operation if you are at a campground and plugged into “Shore Power”.
A $300 reservation down payment is required and will be applied towards your rental fees. The remaining balance of your rental and a minimum of $1000 security deposit is due prior to departure. The security deposit is fully refundable, based on RV condition at time of return. For certain rental applications, (examples: Burning Man, Bonnaroo) deposits may be increased at Mightyfine’s sole discretion.
Credit card deposits are processed at departure. Upon return, all extra charges, if any, are balanced against the security deposit and a refund is issued to the credit card used on the rental agreement.
We only accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards. The credit card must bear an imprint of the customer's name that matches the driver's license. The cardholder(s) must be present and listed on the rental agreement as the primary or additional authorized driver.
